How to book an apartment

STEP 1

Search and find the room on our page.

STEP 2

Use form below to check for availability:

We will send you an e-mail with a estimated price and a rental agreement.

STEP 3

Please sign the rental agreement and send it by either mail or e-mail.

STEP 4

We will send the invoice by e-mail, please check the invoice and process your payment.
If your stay is two month or less ,your entire stay will be pre-paid.

STEP 5

Check-in:
After your payment is processed , you can receive your key one day before your check-in. We will send it by mail or give it to you at our office located in Shibuya, Tokyo Japan.

Please let us know which option you will like to receive the keys;

  • 1. Mail the keys to your current residents
    ( Only for residents who currently live in Japan.）
  • 2. Pick up the keys from are office in Shibuya, Japan.
  • 3. A representative from our office will meet you at your rented property at agreed time to delivery the keys to you in person.

STEP 6

Check-out:
Depending on the apartment you will either check out using option one or two we will instruct how to check out once your reservation is processed.

Please let us know which option you will like to receive the keys;

  • 1. On the check out date a representative from the company will come to collect the key from you before you depart the apartment.
  • 2. There is a check out sheet in the apartment, you follow the instruction on the check sheet, and sign it.
    Where to leave the keys will be listed on the check out sheet.
